1. Student is familiar with family, make sure everyone
spends time together interacting2. Role model appropriate conflict resolution behaviors
3. Teach and model empathic listening
4. When interacting put the technology away, undivided attention
5. Practice etiquette at home, please, thank you sorry etc.
6. When someone has an issue with another family member get them to work it out with minimal intervention
