Learning STEP 2 focus and attention

  1. Get enough sleep the night before, for children this would be about 9 hours, for adults 7-8 hours
  2. Make sure that you have eaten a good meal a few hours prior to learning so that you have the energy and nutrients to be effective
  3. Stay well hydrated (drink water)
