Rewriting notes verbatim is a waste of time
- Rewriting notes does not engage the brain in analysis
- Change your notes but do not rewrite them
- Add to your notes but do not rewrite them
- Summarize, add new material, add real world examples, add feelings or other thoughts, do not rewrite your notes
